His most successful compositions are based on Carnatic, Hindustani ,Western and traditional folk styles. bijuananthakrishnan has born on 30 th may 1971, at Kurathiyad ,Mavelikara ,Alappuzha District of Kerala-India . since his childhood bijuananthakrishnan has been related to music. his grandfather sree kurathiyad parameswaran pillai ashan was a great musician younger brothers sree oachira velukutty , kandiyoor parameswaran kutty who is considered to be one among the pioneers of malayalam music & drama field. father sree ananthakrishna bhagavather was a carnatic musicion and harmonist bijuananthakrishnan began his music journey from carnadaka sangeetha acharya guru sree kandiyoor ayyappan bhagavather ,dr NadaRajapillai, learned hindustani music from prof. manohar keshkar , western music from sree jacob idikkula. he is in the path of music since 1983 BijuAnanthakrishnan is recreated the history in Indian classical music by conducting 'Swarasallapam '-24 hour program [ 22 April to 23 April 2012 ] in Abeda Asramam East fort Tiruvananthapuram ,and 12 hour program in KPAC- kayamkulam on 28 th september 2010.
