I chose to do a article evaluation on the rock band Linkin Park, While growing up In the early 2000 Linkin Park was very popular and I enjoyed a lot of their music that the band made. I visited the Linkin Park article on Wikipedia, and found three aspects of it worth commenting on: Is the article up-to-date?, Are there irrelevant sections or sentences?, and Is the article itself neutral? Are there heavily biased claims or language?.

Is the article up to date?

The information is up too date as the band stopped making music in 2017 when the lead singer past away. There is dates as recent as of 2023 of questions forming some of the band members still alive answering questions the fans may have about the band, as well as the latest information on the band can only be from 2017 when the band ended.

Are there irrelevant sections or sentences?

I found the content of the article to be relevant due to it talking about the who the band members where, When they started the band, Genre there were as well as what albums where completed/not completed. The information stayed to what the bands was and didn't deviate from that. The article never dove into the bands personals life and stayed to only what the band is.

Is the article itself neutral? Are there heavily biased claims or language?

Was the article on likin park neutral? I found the article about linkin park to be neutral as the information supplied had a non biased tone, While leaving opinion based information out and giving factual information provided from cited sources.

Conclusion

I found the article on linkin Park to be to date as the band passed on in 2017 there was article as past 2017 for anyone who wanted to check on some of the band members to ask questions on what was in store for the band if they would come back or not. The material covered in the article was relevant for not straying from the topic about the band, while reading the article I found it to be neutral for it only talked about the banned with cited sources.
