Bhaswati Mondal belong to Naihati, west Bengal served for nation as developmental professional at grass-root level. She has completed her graduation in B. Sc ( Zoology Honours) along with Botany, Chemistry from Rishi Bankim Chandra College For Women. Then she has completed her Post graduation M. Sc Zoology with specialization fisheries & aquaculture from RBC college, Naihati. After that, She had qualified MAT & got chanced in various government Institute. She had completed her another PG Diploma in Management ( Development Management) from DMI, PATNA. She had completed Master training course on PBR under Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate change. She had completed advanced diploma in computer application. She had completed office productive couse from coursera under Hong Kong University. She had done her management internship at Udaipur and also in West Bengal. Currently she is working in Khadi & village industries commission (GOI).
