Mateusz Skutnik article deleted April 7th

[edit]

Hello, I'm new to Wikipedia and would like to ask what makes an individual "notable enough" to qualify for a Wikipedia versus Wikpopuli entry. (I apologize for any format errors in this message.) I am asking because the Wikipedia entry for www.pastelstories.com/?cat=21 award winning Polish comic book artist and jayisgames.com/bestof/2007/best_of_pointandclick_results.php popular flash game artist and developer Mateusz Skutnik was deleted on April 7, 2008, because he wasn't considered notable enough. He currently has a animated film, to be called www.kinematograf.pl/en/cinematograph.html "The Cinematograph," in production with Academy Award nominated, BAFTA winning director www.imdb.com/name/nm1313617/ Tomasz "Tomek" Baginski. The movie will be based on the comic book www.pastelstories.com/?p=82 Rewolucje3: Monochrom (Revolution3: Monochrome) that Mr. Skutnik wrote and illustrated. So I was wondering what constitutes "enough" notability? Thanks,
