I am a long-time software engineer and leader of software engineering teams. My first employment with a software company was when I joined the startup Software Artistry (NASDAQ:SWRT) in 1993 in Indianapolis, IN. We later took this company public and eventually sold it to IBM/Tivoli Systems.
