I'm a UK-based Wikipedian, although I've only made a few edits to date (June 2006).

I'm currently an IT professional working for a major international systems integrator and engineering giant. My role is as an enterprise architect. In particular, I have expertise around biometrics, electronic passports, ID cards, and major systems integration. I have experience covering all the facets of Information and Communications Technology from software, computer hardware, network design, telecomms, security, and business continuity.

I graduated from Oxford University with a degree in physics, and worked for a while as a research scientist for the UK National Physical Laboratory, Culham Laboraties and Joint European Torus.
