Barr. Awaji-inyana Ikpoko Asuk was born on 18 July, 1988 to the family of Mr. and Mrs. Rev. Ikpoko Linus Asuk in Asarama town, Andoni Local Government Area of Rivers State, Nigeria.[1] Awaji-inyana attended Saint Peter's Primary School Isiokpo 1, Ikwerre Local Government Area, Rivers State and obtained his First School Leaving Certificate.[2] He proceeded to Government Secondary School Ngo where he bagged his West African Senior School Certificate in June 2006.[3] His quest for higher education ignited his passion for the learned profession. Thus, he got admission to study Law in 2007/2008 academic session in the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt. He pursued his studies with vigour and determination and graduated in 2013 owing to the one year strike in 2009 in which the institution lost one academic session.[4] Like every other aspirant to the Bar he was admitted to the Nigerian Law School as a way of perfecting his way into the learned profession. Awaji-inyana was called to the Nigerian Bar on 21st October 2015 by the Body of Benchers in Nigeria.[5] He served his Country, Nigeria in Bayelsa State Judiciary as Legal Assistant to Late Honourable Justice Godfrey Suoyo Botei.[6]
