Dem sehr schnellen, aggressiven Ja Ja Ja folgt die extrem langsame (etwa 80 bpm) Ballade Kummer, welche zunächst von Kirchenglocken eingeleitet wird. Nach einigen Sekunden setzen zusätzlich Schlagzeug und E-Gitarre ein, wobei die Tonart E-Dur des Liedes nicht der Tonart G-Dur der Glocken entspricht und somit eine deutliche Dissonanz entsteht. Nach wenigen Takten beginnt Remmler in sehr tiefen Tönen zu singen, während die Kirchenglocken verstummen. Inhaltlich beschreibt das Lied in insgesamt wenigen Zeilen auf Deutsch und Englisch den Trennungsschmerz des Vortragenden nach einer gescheiterten Liebesbeziehung. Das Lied endet im wiederum dissonanten Einsetzen der Kirchenglocken, wobei die Dissonanz durch ein kurzes Solo auf einer Kindergitarre noch verstärkt wird.

After a few bars Remmler begins to sing in a very deep voice and the bells die away. In a few lines the song describes the pain of separation of the singer after a failed relationship. The song ends with the bells once more where the dissonance is amplified by a solo on a children's guitar.
