I don't believe there is anything wrong with the content of the article just a few grammatical issues. I am going to try to promote this article to a higher class.
I found this Wikipedia article about the quality scale. It says to set the new class in the wiki project banner. I am still looking for the project banner to put the new class. Here is the link for the article Wikipedia:Content assessment .I have fixed some more grammatical errors but that is all.
