Theo Blundell (born 30th of November 1995) is an English middle-distance runner from Birmingham, specialising in the 800 metres. He has competed for Great Britain in competitions such as World Junior Athletics Championships & European Championships.
Career
[edit]In May 2014 he ran a PB of 1:48.20 at Loughborough international which qualified him for his first Great Britain vest in Eugene, OR, USA at the World Junior Championships, where we went on to make the Semi final. The Following year he progressed to a time of 1:46.4 which qualified him for the European Athletics U23 Championships.
In August 2017 he had Bilateral Plantaris Removal Surgery after an ongoing Achilles’ tendon injury.
