Aroarealis is a Vancouver-based pseudonymous photographer and feminist with expert knowledge in 'underground' and 'street culture'. Specializing in Graffiti, Hip Hop, Pop Punk, and Iconography; it completed a BFA with a major in General Visual Arts in 2008, at the Emily Carr University of Art and Design. An example of its influence and knowledge of 'underground' culture can been seen in the Article it wrote, "Inside the Emergency Room" published in Discorder Magazine 2007, the content for which was followed-up with the documentary "No Fun City" in 2010 which gained international recognition[1].
Aroarealis has since been indited to the CIA, working undercover in social media amongst rapists, murderers, pedophiles, and terrorists; as a source of sociology. Providing insight and solutions to Media conglomerates, Law Enforcement, specific townships such as The City of Chilliwack, The City of Vancouver, Los Angeles, London UK, and NYC, as well as making invaluable contributions to algorithm denotation for the FBI and the Magna Carta from Vancouver Canada, in conjunction to the 25 year history of the Internet as we know it in 2014, and the future changes here after. Influence includes but not limited to Pornography accessibility. Aroarealis advocated heavily the necessity to reduce the accessibility to pornography in accordance to the Code of Human Rights and Freedoms. At the moment, Blackberry Handsets has made recent reductions to the availability of slavery produced multi-media content in 2014![2] Other sources of influence include the handling and attitudes towards pedophilia and the creation of abuse-centered imagery and indecent multi-media, such as the form of helplessness seen on this article produced by the DailyMail agency in the UK on 'the inability' to Legally arrest and prosecute child-pornography promoters and viewership. [3] Such arguments, suggestions, and solutions made by Aroarealis include:
- Mandatory registration of electronic devices with government issue photo ID.
- Altering the forms of response from Law Enforcement agencies is a Must; to be included are loss of Passport, and future passport application denials, banned from internet service providers, bans on electronic device ownership, long term house arrest in lieu of prison sentence (particularly in response to drug-facilitated-assualt crimes)
- Using keywords and item recognition algorithms to dis-allow uploads of specific types of content, also raising red flags to Law Enforcement agencies on the upload attempt(s).
- Death in lieu of Jail for assaults of a minor involving drastic age difference and categorization
- Improved Rape Kits for response units, to be upheld in Courts
- Issuing fines in response to assault, to reduce the monetary expenses associated with the crimes acted upon
- Issued letter of apology as form of 'resolution' within communities, particularly with gender-based violence; enforced by Police and Judicial services.
- To change focus on proving Innocence in conjunction while proving Guilt (or lack there of), as a much needed improvement to the methodology in assault resolution.
- The use of Lie Detectors to resolve rape files.
- The loss of leadership for those convicted of assault and online crime, particularly regarding Record Labels and the types of contract arrangements issued.
- Make a licence to produce pornography Mandatory, including but not limited to home-videos, industry hubs, and nudity on the internet; to ensure copyright and publication agreements are met, upheld, and all involved parties have signed legal consent forms in regards to the film production. One edit away from snuff won't cut it, we do not need our children making one false claim on an adult generated website to view the naked fantasy, taken as reality to Quiet Enjoyment and the treatment of others in society and/or in the bedroom.
- To remind mobile pornography users that we share lavatory facilities with 6 year olds, and that are decency laws in place.
