And they who reject our communications are deaf and dumb, in utter darkness; whom Allah pleases he causes to err and whom he pleases He puts on the right way. (6:39)
Imam Mohammad Baqir said regarding this verse that wherever in the Holy Quran it says..."who reject our communications" it means that those who reject the imams(as) from Imam Ali Ibne Abi Talib(As) To Imam Mahdi(As). :)
And those who are heedless of Our communications (10:7)
Imam Mohammad Baqir says regarding this verse that "communications" means Hazrat Ali(As) and Imams Hasan(As) to Imam Mahdi(As), and then imam Mohammad Baqir(as) said that Imam Ali(As) said regarding this verse that "No sign of Allah is greater than I am!
The verses and the warners do not give any benefit to those waywards who have no faith. (10:101)
Imam Jafar Sadiq(As) said regarding this verse that 'ayaat' here means Imams Ali(as) to Imam Mahdi(As) and 'Nuzur'(warners) means the messengers.
And (as for) those who disbelieve in and reject our communications, these it is who shall have a disgraceful chastisement. (22:57)
Imam Jafar Sadiq(As) said regarding this verse that it refers to Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, And the rest of the Banu Umayyah. So for them is a humiliating chastisment, it means Abu bakr and Umar and their supporters who did not put faith in the wilayat of imam ali(As) to Imam Mahdi(As).
If we wish we may send down from the sky an ayat which may make them bow before it. (26:4)
Imam Jafar Sadiq(As) said regarding this verse that the verse 'make them bow before it' is the necks of the proud supporters of Abu Bakr And Umar, and Uthman, and the proud Banu Umayyah. They will bow down when a voice from the sky will be heard in the name of Imam Mahdi(As). At that time they will have to obey.
Imam Jafar Sadiq(As) says that wherever in the holy quran it says "no one denies our verses but the disbelievers", it means the followers of Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, and the Banu Umayyah. And wherever it says "those who do not deny" means Hazrat Ali(As) to Hazrat Mahdi(as), Bibi Fatima(As), Prophet Mohammad(saw), and their followers :)
That was because there came to them their apostles with clear arguments. (40:22)
Imam Moosa Kazim(As) says regarding this verse that it means Imams Ali(As) to Imam Mahdi(As)
And when our clear communications are recited to them, those who hope not for our meeting say: Bring a Quran other than this or change it (10:15)
Imam Jafar Sadiq(As) said regarding this verse that it means bring a quran in which there is no mention of the imamate of hazrat ali(As), and bring another quran which has anyone else mentioned apart from hazrat Ali(as)!
Also Imam Reza (as) said that where it says Sirat Al Mustaqeem in surah al hamd, it means the imamate of imam ali(as) and he is the guiding imam(as) and it was mentuioned on the day of ghadeer khum, that: I give witness that Ali(As) is the guiding imam and that he is the master of the believers whose mention has been made by Allah in his book, saying:-
And Surely it is in the original of the book with us, truly elevated, full of wisdom. (43:4) <<<Regarding Hazrat Ali(As) :)
O our Lord! surely I have settled a part of my offspring in a valley unproductive of fruit near thy sacred house, our Lord! that they may keep up prayer; therefore make the hearts of some people yearn towards them and provide them with fruits; haply that they may be grateful. (14:37)
Imam Mohammad Baqir(as) said regarding the verse 'part of my offspring', that we are that 'part of the offspring'.
Holy Prophet(saw) said regarding this verse that 'the hearts of some people who yearn towards them' are the ahle bayt(As) and our shias who race in our love and turn towards us.
Most surely the nearest of people to Ibrahim(As) are those who followed him and this prophet(saw) and those who believe and Allah is the guardian of the believers. (3:68)
Imam Mohammad Baqir(As) said regarding this verse that 'those who believe' are imams ali(As) to imam mahdi(As), and their shias.
They are they on whom Allah bestowed favors, from among the prophets of the seed of Adam, and of those whom we carried with Nuh, and of the seed of Ibrahim, and Israel, and of those whom we guided and chose; when the communications of the Beneficient God were recited to them, they fell down making obeisance and weeping (19:58)
Imam Moosa Kazim said regarding this verse that we the Ahlu, Bayt(As) are those who rode the ark with Noah(As), and this is what 'those whom we carried means', and we the ahlul bayt(As) are the chosen ones of Allah. Our shias live in our religion and die on our religion. Allah has praised them and they worship Allah with courtesy and humility as has said: When the communications of the Beneficient God were recited to them (19:58) <<<<< This verse means the shias.
And certainly we chose them, having knowledge, above the nations. (44:32)
Imam Mohammad Baqir(As) said that this verse means that Allah has granted the imams from Imam Ali(As) to Imam Mahdi(As) superiority over their enemies.
