I contribute to Wikipedia collaborative community because I believe that information and knowledge should be free and able to be accessed by all. I find this particular quotation from Jimmy Wales inspirational:
"Imagine a world in which every single person on the planet is given free access to the sum of all human knowledge" Jimmy Wales
I have been a contributor to Wikipedia since January 2007. I am located in Melbourne, Australia "...a land down under...". I use Wikipedia as a primary reference and I am a content contributor, contributing information pertinent to the Australian business context. I am interested in contributing Australian based industry overviews that profile key players. My key interests are researching the commercial world and business interactions with consumers.
At times I may have a conflict of interest, however I seek to contribute factual, evidenced based and well cited information from solid and reliable sources, neutrally. I acknowledge and seek to comply with Wikipedia's COI requirements (Wikipedia: Conflict of interest) which includes making clear any conflict of interest on both this user page and on the talk page of any related articles.
