Alex Stone is a British-Iranian rock and mountain climber.

He was born in Tehran, the capital of Iran, in 1977.

Alex's passion for mountains began at a young age, taking his first steps in mountaineering when he was only 13 years old. It was during this time that he developed a deep and abiding love for the mountains. In 2002, he was a member of the Iranian Mountaineering National Team and participated in the UAAA Asian competition, where he successfully climbed the 6400-meter-high Marble Wall peak in the Pamir Glacier.

He participated in several ice climbing competitions from 2000 to 2006.
