HOW TO MAKE PASTILLAS

Ingredients: Materials needed: 2 packs of powdered milk 1 pair of plastic gloves 1/2 can condensed milk mixing bowl 1 tbsp of butter cellophane (any color) 1/4 pack of white sugar container

Steps in making: 1. put on the plastic gloves. 2.put the 2 packs of powdered milk in the mixing bowl. 3.add 1/2 cup of condensed milk to the bowl with the powdered milk. 4.add 1 tbsp of butter. 5.mix until it turns to a dough like substance. 6.put 1/4 cup of sugar on a plate. 7.mold the dough like substance into any shape you would like 8.roll the dough like substance in the sugar 9.cut a piece of cellophane big enough to wrap the dough 10.wrap the dough in the cellophane 11.put in refrigerator and let it harden (optional)
