Isabella Stavers Taylor (23 January 1826 - 22 January 1911) was a Scottish painter.

Her father was the Rev. Peter Taylor.
Her mother was Rachel Sutherland (13 September 1784 -) from Mey in Caithness. Peter and Rachel married on 18 September 1806 in Kirkwall, Orkney.
Isabella Stavers Taylor was born on 23 January 1826 in Ceres in Fife.[3][4]
Isabella Stavers Taylor married the artist Thomas Williams on 22 April 1867 in Glasgow.
