John Stevens (23 November 1792 - 2 June 1868) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]
Life

His mother was Margaret Auld.[3]
John Stevens was born on 23 November 1792 in Ayr. He was baptised there on 25 November 1792.

[edit]He died on 2 June 1868 at Frederick Street in Edinburgh.[4] He is buried in Dean cemetery, Edinburgh.[5]
