William Smith (3 April 1868 - 10 March 1941) is a Scottish painter.[1][2]

His father was William Smith [Snr] (c. 1841 - 28 November 1921), a printer and publisher from Aberdeen.
His mother was Mary Duncan (c. 1842 - 13 March 1888) from Aberdeen. William [Snr] and Mary married on 28 December 1864 in Aberdeen.
William Smith was born on 3 April 1868 in Aberdeen.[6][7]
