Charlotte Elizabeth Smith (31 January 1871 - 1 April 1951) was a Scottish painter.[1]

Her father was James Smith (born c. 1832), a draper from Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire.
Her mother was Elizabeth Tod (born c. 1835) from Peterhead, eldest daughter of Captain Tod. James and Elizabeth married in 16 October 1866 in Peterhead.
Charlotte Elizabeth Smith was born on 31 January 1871 in Peterhead, Aberdeenshire.[6][7]
