Francis Slater (30 July 1817 - 20 June 1847) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]
Life

His mother was Jean Easton. John and Jean married on 20 November 1814 in Monifieth, Angus.
Francis Slater was born on 30 July 1817 in Milton of Campsie, East Dunbartonshire. He was baptised on 10 August there.
