William Skinner (27 June 1868 - 6 April 1904) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]

His father was James Skinner (born c. 1842), a printer from Leith, Edinburgh[7]
His mother was Margaret Edmond (born c. 1842) from Leith. James and Margaret married in 1867 in Leith.
William Skinner was born on 27 June 1868 in Edinburgh.[8][9]
