Sideline
Presumed Innocent's first gig was at Penrith Conservative Club on 1 May 2009 to celebrate the 50th birthday of their friend and co-worker, Carol Jeffreys. Shortly after their debut, Allan Miller left the band due to personal commitments so a replacement drummer was required and, after a brief search, the band enlisted the talents of female drummer, Frankie Brench, also a co-worker of John and Neil.
