Rabbi Rocketpower is a book series for young children written by Rabbi Susan Abramson and illustrated by Ariel DiOrio. The series features the Mensch family, Rabbi Beatrice Ann Mensch, the rabbi with super powers, Dad, the brilliant multilingual computer expert, Aaron, Super-boy-in-training, and their cat, Purr, the talking cat from planet PIA..
Each book in the series takes the Mensch family on an adventure based on Jewish holidays. The first book finds the family saving all of the stolen Hannukah menorahs with subsequent books involving Tu Bishvat, Purim, Passover and Shavuot.
