Abedi Lawrence was born on April 17, 1998, in Lagos, Nigeria. A native of Udu Local Government Area in Delta State, Lawrence grew up with a strong sense of resilience and a passion for excellence, which has shaped his personal and professional journey.
Lawrence began his educational journey at Festac Primary School, where he earned his First School Leaving Certificate in 2009. He continued his studies at Festac Junior Secondary School and later graduated from Festac Senior College in 2016 with his West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE). With a keen interest in business and leadership, he pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Delta State University, graduating in 2022 with a Second Class Upper Division.
His professional journey started at Samfy Communication, where he excelled as a Sales Representative (2017 - 2018), managing customer deposits, payments, and daily financial reconciliations. His dedication and exceptional performance earned him a promotion to Branch Manager (2018 - 2019), where he took on greater responsibilities, including branch operations and customer relationship management.
In his quest for continuous learning and growth, Lawrence acquired several certifications. He successfully completed his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program in 2024 and became an Associate Member of the International Institute of Project and Safety Management (IIPSM) with a focus on Human Resource Management. He further expanded his expertise through online courses, including Corporate Strategy (University of London) and COVID-19 Contact Tracing (Johns Hopkins University) on Coursera.
Currently, Lawrence serves as the Manager at F/TECH HUB NAIJA, a solar and inverter installation company owned by his brother, Abedi Kingsley. In this role, he oversees operations and promotes a range of solar packages tailored to clients' energy needs, contributing to a greener and more sustainable future.
