- I would leave the lead that is in the original article and rearrange some of the information you have into the required sections: Description (how do they look, so general appearance and morphology), Distribution & Habitat (where can they be found geographically and where specifically, in which habitat), and Human Use & Cultural Significance.
- References: Nice job on formatting them correctly. You can delete the list you made and leave the one Wikipedia did automatically. Also, add at least 2 more as one of your sources is already in the original article to get the full points. I am emailing you some pages from some books I have (the same ones I brought to class the last few weeks).
- Make sure your English is correct and clear. Also, there is no article before a scientific species and that name is always in italics (Acanthochitona armata...).

[edit]The Acanthochitona armata is a Mollusca found in the Eastern Central Pacific Ocean, specifically on the Hawaiian islands.[1]

[edit]Acanthochitona armata grows up to about one inch in length[2] and is colored green, gray, and/or brown. They can be found along the surf zone[2] attached to the rocks. The Acanthochitona armata is oval-shaped with its body being bilaterally symmetric.[3] Historically, various Chiton species were not eaten, but instead once used by Hawaiians in ceremonies like the mawaewae to show the presence of firstborns.[4]
