UP LED Chief Minister [Yogi Adityanath-हिंदू हृदय सम्राट] announced that a similar development plan will be made surrounding in uttar pradesh's capital city [1]Lucknow. It will be called as UP-SCR or Uttar Pradesh-State Capital Regionin hindi spelled as उत्तर प्रदेश- राज्य राजधानी क्षेत्र on the lines of [[1]] It will be one of it's kind and furthering leading to development of all seven districts surrounding it namely- Barabanki,[[2]],[[3]],[[4]],Sitapur,[[5]], [Kanpur],Balamau
The State Capital Region Planning Board was later announced in 2023,while the plan was announced in the previous year i.e. 2022. The Government although not included [[6]]and [Kanpur] in it's State Capital Region due to heavy size in terms of population,but it is strongly believed that both will be added again in the coming years,as the case happened with [[7]]in the national capital region. Kanpur plays a prominent role in development,jobs and other administrative role as well,and without which the the development of whole Uttar Pradesh can't be imagined. The districts surrounding lucknow will be developed including.
- Kanpur
- Greater Kanpur (Earlier Ramabai Nagar)
- Hardoi
- Sitapur
- Unnao
- Raebareli
- Lucknow
If every thing goes plan and in time,then Kanpur Metro'[Metro]' will be interconnected to Lucknow Metro[Metro] via Unnao and other districts as well.The citizen will the have an option apart from [Railways] to travel to the neighbouring districts. The State Capital Region will truly change the outlook of the area surrounding the state capital. State Capital Region will be offering New Pathways,Development and other roadmap to common citizens,shaping the dream and new golden era of 'Ramrajya'.
