dinCloud is a cloud computing provider based in Gardena, California US which provides cloud hosted virtual servers, desktops, applications, storage, voice, video and mobility. At the Goldman Sachs Cloud Computing Conference on May 4, 2011 in Menlo Park, CA three cloud computing providers were recognized: Amazon, Rackspace and dinCloud. The focus of dinCloud’s portfolio centers around its virtual desktop offering as well as its ability to build secure public (offsite in owned and collocated datacenters) and private (on customer premise) clouds using a highly available, scalable, granular, dedicated hardware infrastructure which complies with Microsoft and other licensing requirements.

Partnerships[edit]

dinCloud has technology partnerships with a number of leading IT companies which includes NetApp, Quest Software, Trend Micro, Vyatta and Xsigo Systems.[1]

On January 5, 2012, the company announced that it has closed seed funding, and will use the funding to further enhance and grow its Hosted Virtual Desktop services.[2]
