Conflict of Interest

My name is Austin Tonderai Nyakurerwa and I employed as a Sub-Librarian at Midlands State University in Zimbabwe. Midlands State University is located in the Midlands Province of Zimbabwe and it offers programmes in various disciplines. I am a Part-Time lecturer in the Department of Information Systems where I teach Information Literacy Skills to level one students. I am the current Board Secretary for the Gweru International Book Festival in Gweru, Zimbabwe. I am also the current Zimbabwe Library Association Midlands Chairperson. I am guided by the Wikipedia’s accepted practices on conflicts of interest, neutrality and notability and vow to abide by those practices for the best interest of Wikipedia, researchers and myself. I occasionally contribute to Wikipedia on articles that cover the Library and Information Science and Records Management fields of study. In cases where other editors raise a deficiency in my editing behaviour, I am always ready and willing to revise the behaviour and operate in tandem with the acceptable practices.
