AMEERALI VATTIYAN (AMEERALI OLAVARA) (Born on October 6, 1976) a professional photographer from Dist. Kasargode, Kerala, India captured a total of 50+ photos of creative patterns created by sea waves on the beach and set a New Record on 3rd December 2013 at Baga Beach, Goa, India. He captures photographs that metaphorically convey the visual and sensory impact of waves on the beach to raise awareness about environmental issues and inspire action on biodiversity.

He was honoured to win first prize for “BEST DIRECTOR” in the competition category of Eco Folk in 6th International Film Festival of Thrissur (IFFT) held in Kerala, in March 2011.

He also won a special jury award for “BEST CAMERAMAN” by Kerala State television award 2012.

Early Life and Family

AMEERALI VATTIYAN was born on 6 October 1967 in Olavara Kerala. His father Abdul Rahiman Madambillath was a business man and his mother Beefathima is a housewife. He is the 2nd Son and he has one brother and five sisters.

Career

He is a Diploma holder in Electronics and communication. Specialised in hardware engineering and a dire passion for Photography and Videography. He started his career as an Electronics Engineer in Kerala, UAE and Kuwait. He was doing Photography and videography as freelancer and later he started a Studio in Thrikkarippur in Kasaragod. Since 2015 he is an expert in blind computer (braille) development, production and service. Now he is an entrepreneur in Sharjah, UAE owning an advertising company and a studio named Insight.
