[edit]Dear valued editors and viewers of Wikipedia who happen to be viewing this,
I am a Chicagoland traction (electric interurbans, rapid transit cars, and trolley cars) fanatic and historian, a general Chicagoland historian, and a volunteer conductor at the Fox River Trolley Museum. I deeply enjoy trains (especially traction) and history, and I am always interested in helping preserve Chicagoland's unique traction history. I am also a member of the Blackhawk Chapter of the National Railroad Historical Society and the CERA (Central Electric Railfans' Association).
I take great pride in the work that I do to contribute to the preservation and education about traction and railroad history both here on Wikipedia and out at the museum, and if you have any complaints or suggestions of things to improve upon, feel free to reach out and let me know.
I also enjoy learning about, performing, and playing old-time piano music, such as Ragtime or Blues.
