Bergpartei, die "ÜberPartei" pronunciation^ⓘ is an anarchist, dadaist party in Berlin (Germany).

Its know for the holding of a vegatable battle between two rival districts of Berlin^[1] and the Video activist filmfestival nodogma^[2]^[3].

Its been found at the 1st of april 2011 by a fusion of two grassroot squatter parties^[4].

The parties chairholder is Jan Theiler.

In Berlin elections 2011, the party gained 0,9 % in the "alternative" destrict Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg (including 3,2% in the former sqauts area "Wahlkreis 5"^[5]) and will take part in national elections, held in 2013.
