The program operated from 2015 - 2019 and its for-profit counterpart X Genesis had its headquarters in Denver, Colorado, and operated during this period and beyond.

Tom Higley, a founder of both 10.10.10 and X Genesis, is a retired serial entrepreneur, former attorney, and continuing musician and writer.
