PMF is a Turkish pastry and bakery company based in Istanbul, Turkey, with products distributed in 15 countries globally. Known for its core offerings—chocolate, whipping cream, cake mixes, and decoration sauces—PMF has also diversified into various other product categories over the years.

History

PMF.^[1] was founded in 2009 by Khaldoun Abbas, who created the know brands like Aline. Starting as a small company in Istanbul, the company grew rapidly, making it is own product recipes, PMF had entered the Middle Eastern market, expanded into chocolate production, and developed packaging capabilities.

In 2019, PMF expanded ir product ranges, by the introduction of ice creams, and decoration fruits.
