In addition to the main winner's trophy, the Marcel Bezençon Awards and several fan awards and votes were contested for the Eurovision Song Contest 2021.

The Marcel Bezençon Awards, named after the founder of the contest, were created by Sweden's Head of delegation and 1992 Contest representative Christer Björkman, and Sweden's 1984 Contest winner Richard Herrey to honour the best competing songs in the contest's final since 2002. The categories of "Artistic award" and "Press award" were both won by France with "Voilà" performed by Barbara Pravi and written by Pravi, Igit and Lili Poe, and the "Composer Awards" by Switzerland with "Tout l'Univers" performed by Gjon's Tears and written by Gjon Muharremaj, Nina Sampermans, Wouter Hardy and Xavier Michel.

Top Eurovision fansites and podcasts nominated their favourite performances and moments across each of 10 categories throughout December, with the fans having their final say by casting votes via the official Eurovision Instagram channel. (* 2-split rows or much smaller table)
