Thank you for the revert. I think I have almost every species in the literature listed there. There are a couple of new ones that I have been able to get my hand on yet (they are newly described bird species). Its been a bugger to find them all. Secondly to anyone looking for this sort of data (they do exist) a species listing with notes under the species name is invaluable. I would have killed for this when I was starting out :-)

I have corrected a small edit by Tim Vickers. Infection with a Plasmodium species is known as malaria. Disease - that is symptoms and signs of the pathology - may or may not be apparent. While they usually are in humans in some species such as the lizards infection does not seem to cause problems. At least as far as we can tell.

Most vandalism consists of the addition of one of several common nouns such as variants of the very popular "poo" and "fart". Some more daring "editors" attempt to combine these two nouns in compelling attempts at literary mastery.
