By the early 2000s, US itek diversified its offerings to include digital video surveillance, branded products manufactured in Buffalo, and e-waste recycling in collaboration with HSBC. As part of its evolution, the company introduced managed IT services in 2006 after Stinner attended the Managed Services Workshop in Los Angeles. This shift marked a transition from hardware manufacturing to a broader focus on IT services and support.
In 2012, US itek moved its headquarters to a new $1 million facility on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Tonawanda. The new building was designed to be a "living showroom," allowing clients to experience the company's products and services firsthand.
