Tom Lewis is an English actor. He is known for his role in the television series Gentleman Jack, as well as his role in the film Redeeming Love.
Biography
[edit]Lewis was born and grew up in Leeds before moving to London and graduating from RADA (Royal Academy of Dramatic Art) where he trained on a full scholarship.[1]
Whilst still a teenager in training at RADA, Tom graduated early when was cast as a leading role in the historical drama series Gentleman Jack, playing the character of Thomas Sowden.[2]
After a worldwide search, Tom made his film debut when he was cast in the romantic epic Redeeming Love alongside Abigail Cowen, which was released on 21 January 2022.[3][4]
In 2025, Tom starred in the Channel 4/PBS crime drama Patience (TV series)[5]
In addition to his on-screen career, Tom is an accomplished stage actor playing lead roles in productions for Headlong in London, Manchester Royal Exchange, Bristol Old Vic and Hampstead Theatre[6][7]
