Thomas George Allan Jr. (born October 12, 1965) is a United States Coast Guard vice admiral who has served as the deputy commandant for mission support since July 2024. He previously served as director of operations of the United States Southern Command. He previously served as commander of Coast Guard First District.[1][2][3]

In January 2024, Allan was nominated for promotion to vice admiral and assignment as deputy commandant for mission support.[4]
