Tenorio River

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Tenorio River (Rio Tenorio) in Costa Rica rises near the Tenorio Volcano where it becomes a fast moving river, with some areas of rapids popular for white-water rafting and flows to join the Corobicí River.[citation needed]

In 1962, the bat species Trachops cirrhosus was reported at Rio Tenorio near Las Cañas in Guanacaste Province.[1]
