Presentation of negative speed

@Habst, am finding this template very useful and would like to propose a small improvement. Previously, negative speeds were usually prefixed with an ndash (−). This looks better because it is about equally wide to the + (and ±). Replacing the template's input minus with ndash would return us to the same presentation.
