"To do" list links

Can we PLEASE modify with a "noinclude" or something so every article in the "To do" list is no longer included in "What links here" for every article? I just created an article for Hollygrove, New Orleans, and the checking "What links here" shows page after page (7 or 800 + I'd guess) of talk pages, making checking and modifying links almost unusable.
