Hey, can someone add the pass-through "state" function? (to play nicely with Template:WikiProjectBannerShell (See above!)
| state = {{{state<includeonly>|autocollapse</includeonly>}}}
Thanks. -- Mjquin_id (talk) 23:40, 25 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

List-Class not supported

[edit]

{{editprotected}} When an article is classified as class=List this template assigns it to an 'Unassessed Minnesota articles' article category. It should, in fact, assign them the this category: Category:List-Class Minnesota articles. Could someone please update the code to support the List classification? Thanks. -Gr0ff (talk) 15:49, 16 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you!

add MAIN_CAT

[edit]

{{edit protected}} The Category:WikiProject Minnesota articles is set up, but it isn't populating. Please add:

|MAIN_CAT            = WikiProject Minnesota articles

Thank you again!! --Funandtrvl (talk) 23:14, 13 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Category:WikiProject Minnesota articles is a parent category for its 6 subcategories. Populating it with 6000 articles can make the subcategories very hard to find. What's the advantage of populating this category as all articles all already categorised by class. Note: if this is a request from the WikiProject then I'll do it of course, but I don't think you are even a member? — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 07:33, 14 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I see your point, I didn't realize there were 6000+ articles. Is there an easy way to look up the # of articles that are tagged by a project banner? Thanks. --Funandtrvl (talk) 17:56, 14 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Is template:AbQ the best way to show the # of articles? --Funandtrvl (talk) 18:00, 14 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please add the below wikitext to the template, so the Minnesota Legislature task force can begin categorizing articles.

for the Minnesota Legislature task force
|tf 1={{{Minnesota Legislature|}}}
|TF_1_LINK          = Wikipedia:WikiProject Minnesota/Minnesota Legislature task force
|TF_1_NAME = Minnesota Legislature task force
|TF_1_IMAGE         = Minnesota State Capitol (2693094642).jpg
|TF_1_QUALITY       = yes
|tf 1 importance={{{Minnesota Legislature-importance|}}}
|TF_1_ASSESSMENT_CAT= Minnesota Legislature articles
|TF_1_MAIN_CAT = Minnesota Legislature task force articles
|TF_1_HOOK = {{WPBannerMeta/hooks/qualimpintersect
|class={{{class|}}}
|importance={{{Minnesota Legislature-importance|}}}
|category={{{category|}}}
|ASSESSMENT_CAT    = Minnesota Legislature articles
|BANNER_NAME       = Template:WikiProject Minnesota
|UNASSESSED_APPENDIX= -Class
|SUPPRESS_NA = yes

There should be a break in between each parameter- I apologize as I couldn't find a way to incorporate the breaks in the wikicode. Thank you! Jordano53 21:11, 13 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

 Not done: please make your requested changes to the template's sandbox first; see WP:TESTCASES. Please don't paste code blobs into talk pages, it is more difficult to compare, test and implement. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 08:12, 14 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Please add the parameters I have added to the template sandbox to the main template, so the Minnesota Legislature task force can categorize articles. Jordano53 23:26, 15 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

 Not done: Your changes make all articles by default show up as top-importance legislature articles, please see the testcases. Fix the changes and update the documentation, then re-open the edit request. Elliot321 (talk | contribs) 05:05, 16 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
It should work now. Documentation has been updated and the parameters work in non-template spaces. I'm not certain why it doesn’t work in the template space, but I can assure you that the template does not default to top-importance Legislature articles outside the template space.
