Re-phrase

The current language ... unfortunately your contributions are not written in an English that is good enough to be useful. is fine for a contribution that is in poor English, but if applied to one that was not in English at all, could provoke the response in the reader's mind "well, I wasn't trying to write in English at all!". I'd like to change it to ... unfortunately your contributions are written either not in English at all, or not with a sufficient level of English for this encyclopedia.
