Using a general template?

The logic generating year, month and days have been moved to {{For year month day}}. Can an admin incorporate this in the template so we do this calculation in one template (a lot of other templates do the same calculation Template:User Wikipedian For, Template:User Wikimedian For, Template:User Admin For, etc.).
