How is this template useful?

There is no article at Tanzanian English to help editors understand how to edit articles so that they comply with the grammatical, spelling, and vocabulary rules of Tanzanian English, or even if any such things exist. It's like having a template called "Use Butterfly English" for articles about butterflies.
