The http://utrs.wmflabs.org link is no longer used and has been superseded, so I suggest replacing the [http://utrs.wmflabs.org Unblock Ticket Request System] bit with ''[[Wikipedia:Unblock Ticket Request System|Unblock Ticket Request System]]'', which would put it in line with the UTRS link in Template:uw-block (w/ notalk=yes parameter specified). That way, the link no longer has to be updated on this template manually, and also if UTRS is down, the WP:UTRS page will say so. — AP 499D25 (talk) 00:27, 25 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
