use of |site_name= value in coord template |name= parameter

Editors will do as they have done in List of Cultural Properties of the Philippines in Central Visayas: include wikilink markup in a site's name. Using the value assigned to |site_name= as the value for the {{coord}} template's |name= parameter when that value is wikilinked, breaks the {{coord}} template output.
