Practice Squad Numbers
[edit]What are we using as a source for these? Are we using giants.com? I only ask because Terrence Frederick isn't assigned a number there, but Levy Adcock is. Kjscotte34 (talk) 15:04, 13 December 2012 (UTC)
- Well, Frederick has had #36 since he first joined the Giants, and Adcock is listed as #64, which isn't possible. Baas has that number. Hope this helps. RevanFan (talk) 18:55, 13 December 2012 (UTC)
- I noticed that. I do remember that someone else also wore #33 in preseason besides Da'Rel Scott, so maybe it's the same instance here with #64. Obviously, if he were to be promoted his number would have to change. Kjscotte34 (talk) 18:57, 13 December 2012 (UTC)
- Still not possible. Two offensive players can never have the same number. One offense and one defense is possible in rare situations, but never two players on the same side of the ball. They list him as #64 most likely because that was his number on Dallas and they never changed it. RevanFan (talk) 18:59, 13 December 2012 (UTC)
- Cool. In preseason the other guy was a DB, I remember that, so your explanation makes sense. Thanks for the info! Kjscotte34 (talk) 19:01, 13 December 2012 (UTC)

Practice Squad Injured List
[edit]Shouldn't Donte Deayon be placed under the reserve listing since not active on the practice squad and no other team can sign him unless he is released? And I doubt practice squad members can get an injured settlement. Raul17 II (talk) 17:35, 18 November 2016 (UTC)
- Practice squad members can get injury settlements. It is just that the official rosters list all these players separately under the section of Practice Squad/Injured list rather than on IR. 24.162.134.57 (talk) 01:36, 5 January 2017 (UTC)
- It would be fine your way but we have to diff. between IR and PS/I. 24.162.134.57 (talk) 01:48, 5 January 2017 (UTC)
