Collapsible

@Frietjes: I wonder if you could help. I have an instance where I'd like a NZ party list shown in collapsed state. The class mw-collapsible isn't allowed for. I would not know how to add this here as an option. Do I see it right that this is what needs doing to achieve this option? Your assistance, as always, would be most appreciated.
