I have declined the nomination for speedy deletion. The reason given was "Speedy deletion - This article has no text and is just an image." This is not an article but a template, so this doesn't apply. The template does not meet any of the speedy deletion criteria for templates. If the person who nominated the template for speedy deletion believes that it should be removed, he or she should go to TfD for a regular deletion discussion.
